Here we post answers to questions that come in and might be interesting for everyone.
What should I bring?
You should obviously bring clothes for warm and even hot weather (average temperatures for June and July are highs in the mid and upper 20s (degrees celcius), low around 15 (degrees celcius). Generally the dress code will be "grad school casual" (including dinners). Bring a laptop (see below), the reading material that was sent to you, and notebooks, pens, pencils, etc. You may want to bring a swimsuit and athletic clothes for the facilities around the campus.

Do I need to bring my own computer?
Yes, having your own computer is definitely an advantage, as you'll be more flexible in planning your working time, checking your private mail during your free time etc.
Is there any special software I should have loaded on my computer?
As we will be working in a computer lab with all the necessary software, this is not a must. It still probably pays off having "R" on your computer, which is open source and easy to obtain via www.r-project.org.
